Lets Begin With My Tutorial

Open PSP and your Tubes

Open a New 700 x 700 Resolution 200

Use The Following Drop Shadow Unless Stated

V&H: 1 OP: 100 Blur: 2 Color: Black
V&H: -1

Open & Copy Frame (2)

Paste As New Raster Layer

Move To Lower Part Of Canvas

Activate Bottom Layer & Free Hand Selection Tool

Click On Half Version Of Tube & Draw Round Apart You Would Like To Use

I have Used Her Face

Copy As Merged & Paste As New Layer - NO DS NEEDED

Place Into Frame & either Repeat for other side Or Layers - Duplicate - Mirror

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

Open Paper 9

Paste As New Layer & Resize By 50%

Layers - Arrange - Move Down

Place Paper In frame & Layers - Duplicate - Mirror

Activate Frame Layer & Magic Wand Tool

Holding Shift Down Click Inside Both Frames

Selections - Modify - Expand By 10

Selections - Invent

KEEP SELECTED

Activate Tube Layer & Hit Delete On Your Keyboard

KEEP SELECTED

Repeat For Paper Layers

Activate 1st Paper Layer & Layers - Merge - Merge Down

Then Activate Tube Layer & use The Following Effects:-

Art Media Effects - Brush Strokes

Softness: 5

Strokes

Length: 15

Density: 26

Brush

Bristles: 256

Width: 6

Opacity: 0

Lighting

Angle:311

Color: Black

Click Ok

Adjust - Sharpen - Sharpen More x2

Layers - Properties - Blend Mode: Hard Light

Activate Top Layer

Copy Full Version Of Tube

Paste As New Layer & Resize By 70%

Move To Inbetween Frames

Activate Frame Layer

Open & Copy The Following Elements:-

15 - Free Rotate Right By 90 Degrees

45 - Resize By 50% - NO DS NEEDED

47 - Resize By 20%

Layers - Duplicate - Mirror

27 - Resize By 40% - Free Rotate Right By 22 Degrees

Layers - Duplicate - Mirror

50 - Resize By 20%

Layers - Duplicate - Mirror

Layers - Duplicate - Mirror

Resize By 140%

Activate Top Layer

Layers New Raster Layer - Add All Copyright Info

Layers New Raster Layer - Add Watermark

Layers New Raster Layer

Select Your Text Tool

Select Your Font I have used JessyHeart - Size 90

(Or Perferred Size) - Stroke 2 - Bold

Click Foreground and change to #ec2e88

Click Background and Change to #ffd5f6

Type Your Name

Convert Raster To Layer

Plug Ins: Eyecandy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Color: #ffd5f6

Glow Width: 10.00

Soft Corners: 25

Overall Op: 100

Draw Only Outside Selection Checked

Click Ok
