Paste As New Raster Layer & Resize By 60%
Open & Copy Element (14)
Paste As New Layer & Resize By 70%
Move To Inside Frame & Layers - Arrange - Move Down
Activate Tube & Freehand Selection Tool & Draw Round The Head Part Of Your Tube
Copy As Merged & Paste As New Raster Layer
I Have Resized By 70% & Move To Center Of Frame
Select Your Eraser Tool & Erase The Parts Of Tube That Are Hanging Out Of Your Frame
Layers - Properties - Blend Mode: Hard Light
Adjust - Sharpen - Sharpen More
Activate Top Layer
Open & Copy The Following Elements:-
(43) - Resize By 50%
(6) - Resize By 30% - Free Rotate Right By 22 Degrees
(1) - Resize By 30%
(34) - Resize By 50% - Layers - Arrange - Move Down
(26) - Resize By 40
(8) - Resize By 15%

Draw a Circle once happy with size place In The Middle OF Frame
