A Working knowledge Of PSP

Lets Begin With My Tutorial

Open PSP and your Tube

Open a New 600 x 600 Resolution 200

Open and Copy Spiked Frame

Paste As New Layer and Rezise By 80%

Open and Copy Paper 2

Paste as new layer and resize By 50%

Layers Arrange - Send To Bottom

Activate your frame layer and Magic Wand

Click in side The Frame - Selections - Modify - Expand By 10, Invent

Activate Paper Layer and hit Delete on your keyboard. Selections None

Adjust - Gaussian Blur - Radius 1

Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Gaussian, Noise 40%, Monochrome Checked

Copy your Close Up of Tube and Paste as new layer on Canvas

Activate your frame layer and Magic Wand

Click in side The Frame - Selections - Modify - Expand By 10, Invent

Activate Tube Layer and hit Delete on your keyboard. Selections None

Layers - Properties - Blend Mode Multiply

Layers - Merge Visable - Move up to top of Canvas

Copy and Paste Full Version of your tube and Resize by 70% - Mirror

Add A Sharp Drop Shadow

I have used the following settings:-

V&H 1, Op: 100, Blur 1, Color Black

Repeat with V&H -1

Open and Copy The Following Elements

with the following Drop Shadow:-

V&H 2, Op: 100, Blur 10, Color Black

Green and Pink Monster - Resize By 40%

Monster With Pink Eye - Resize By 40%

Monster - Resize By 30%

Bow With Skull - Resize By 50%, Free Rotate Right By 22%

Sparkles 1

Monster Lollipop - Resize By 15% - Free Rotate Left By 22%

Monster Candy - Resize By 20%

Open Paper 11

Layers - Promote Background Layer To Raster - New Mask Layer From Image

Select HorsePlay's Pasture Mask 3 - Make sure Source Luminance is checked only

Copy Merged and Paste as new layer

Resize By 85% - Layers - Send To Bottom

Adjust - Sharpen More

Layers New Raster Layer - Add All Copyright Info and Credits

Layers New Raster Layer - Add Watermark

Activate Text Tool

Select Font Of Choice I have used Monster AG, Size 48 Stroke 2 and Bold

Foreground Color - #ad127d

Background Color - #3dfd3d

Type Your Name

Place on Tag where Desired

Convert Layer to Raster and Add Drop Shadow V&H 2, Op 100, Blur 10 and Color Black

Click Ok.

Save as Png and Name Your Tag

All Done!!!
