A Working knowledge Of PSP

Lets Begin With My Tutorial

Open and copy Heart Frame With Bow and Paste as new layer

V&H 2, Opp 100 Blur 10 and Color #f8c5dc

Repeat With V&H -2

Open Paper 7 and Paste as new layer and Resize By 60%

Layers Arrange Send To Bottom

Activate Freehand Selection and Remove the paper that is sticking out of hand

Activate Frame Layer

Copy your Tube and paste as new layer

Resize By 60% and Place Over Frame

Add The Following Drop Shadow:-

V&H 5, Op 100, Blur 10 and Color #f8c5dc

Repeat With V&H -5

Activate Eraser Tool And Erase the Bottom Of The Tube That Is Hanging Out

Add The Following Elements and use the following Drop Shadow:-

V&H 2, Opp 100 Blur 10 and Color #f8c5dc

Repeat With V&H -2

Valentines Balloons - Resize By 50% - place on right hand side of frame

Heart String - Resize By 75% - Place on Right Hand Side Of Frame - Layers Move Down

3D Heart - Resize By 30% - Mirror - Place on Right Hand Side Of Frame

Heart Lollipop - Resize By 30% - Free Rotate Right By 22% - Place on Right Hand Side Of Frame

Kitty Lollipop - Resize By 30% - Free Rotate Right By 33% - Place On Right Hand Side Of Frame

Lipstick - Resize By 30% - Mirror - Place on Right Hand Side Of Frame

I Love Emo Badge - Resize By 30% - Place On bottom and middle Of Frame

Bow 1 - Resize By 50% - Place On bottom and middle Of Frame - Layers Move Down

Heart Box With Rose - Resize By 50% - Place On Right Hand Side Of Frame - Layers Move Down

Valentines Cupcake - Resize By 20% - Place On Right Hand Side Of Frame

Kiss Ring - Resize By 25% - Mirror - Place On Right Hand Side Of Frame

Swirly Heart - Resize By 50% - Free Rotate Left By 22% - Place On Left Hand Side Of Frame

Lollipop Trio - Resize By 50% - Free Rotate Left By 22% - Place On Left Hand Side Of Frame

Horny Lips - Resize By 30% - Place On Left Hand Side Of Frame

Lips 2 - Resize By 20% - Place On Upper Left Hand Side Of Frame

Layers Duplicate x2 - Place Round Bow Of Frame - See Mine For Placement

Layers Duplicate - Resize By 80%

Layers Duplicate and Place Both Lips Between Bigger Lips

Layers Duplicate - Resize By 80%

Layers Duplicate x2 and Place 3 Lips between Medium n Big Lips

See Mine For Placement

Swirl - Resize By 40% - Free Rotate Left By 11% - Move To Bottom Left Handside Of Frame

Layers - Arrange - Send To Bottom - Dulicate and Mirror

Candy String - Place at Bottom Of Canvas - See Mine For Placement

Layers - Arrange Send To Bottom

Open Paper 9

Layers - Promote Background Layer To Raster - New Mask Layer From Image

Select Vix_Mask363- Make sure Source Luminance is checked only

Copy Merged and Paste as new layer

Resize By 80% - Layers - Send To Bottom

Activate Top Layer

Layers New Raster Layer - Add All Copyright Info and Credits

Layers New Raster Layer - Add Watermark

Activate Text Tool

Select Font Of Choice I have used Penabico, Size 72 Stroke 2 and Bold

Foreground Color - Black

Background Color - #e361a8

Type Your Name

Place on Tag where Desired

Convert Layer to Raster and Add Drop Shadow V&H 5, Op 100, Blur 10 and Color #f8c5dc

Repeat With V&H -5

Click Ok.

Save as Png and Name Your Tag

All Done!!!
