Repeat With V&H-1
Open & Copy Element 28
Paste As New Layer & Resize By 75%
Move To Center Of Canvas & Slightly Up
Open & Copy 25
Paste As New Layer & Resize By 50% - NO DS NEEDED
Layers - Arrange - Move Down
Open & Copy 105
Paste As New Layer & Resize By 75% - NO DS NEEDED
Open & Copy 44
Paste As New Layer & Resize By 10% - NO DS NEEDED
Move To Right Side Corner
Layers - Duplicate - Mirror
Move To just Above Big Firework
Open & Copy Paper 7
Paste As New Layer & Resize By 50%
Move To Inside Frame & Activate Your Eraser Tool
Erase The Parts That Are Hanging Out The Frame
Activate Top Layer & Your Tube
Copy Full Version Of Your Tube
Paste As New Layer & Resize By 44%
Move To Left Side Of Frame
Open & Copy 34
Paste As New Layer & Resize By 70%
Move To Top Right Of Frame
Plug Ins: Eyecandy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Color: #dab032
Glow Width: 3.00
Soft Corners: 25
Overall Op: 100
Draw Only Outside Selection Checked
Click Ok
Adjust - Sharpen - Sharpen More
