Lets Begin With My Tutorial

Open PSP and your Tube

Open a New 600 x 600 Resolution 200

Copy and Paste your Tube and Resize By 70%

Effects - Plug ins - EyeCandy 4000 Gradient Glow

Please use the following settings:-

Basic Tab:

Glow Width: 7

Soft Corners: 25

Overall Opacity: 100

Draw only Outside Selection Checked

Color Tab:

Color: #f3bc4e

Op:100

Click Ok

Open and Copy Full Moon

Paste as New Layer and Resize By 90%

Layers - Arrange Move Down and place Behind your tube (See Mine For Placement)

Add Drop Shadow with the following settings:-

V&H 5, Op 80, Blur 10 and color Black

Repeat with V&H -5

Effects - Plug-in: MuRas Seamless - Emboss At Alpha

Please use the following settings:-

Bass Color R: 128

Bass Color G: 128

Bass Color B: 128

Emboss: 64

Bass <-> Source: 255

Opaque Emboss: 128

Click Ok

Open and Copy Border

Paste as new layer and add Drop Shadow

V&H 2, Op 100, Blur 10 and color #d47142

Repeat with V&H -2

Open and Copy the following items:-

and The following Drop Shadow:-

V&H 2, Op 100, Blur 10 and color #d47142

Repeat with V&H -2

Cauldron - Resize by 80%

Witch Hat - Resize By 50% - Mirror

Bats - Resize By 40%

Spell Book - Resize By 50% - Free Rotate By Right 22%

Magik Wand - Resize By 50% - Free Rotate By Right 22%

Sparkle Stars - No Drop Shadow

Resize By 50% - Flip -

Effects - Plug In: MuRas Seamless - Emboss At Alpha

Same Settings As Before

Layers - Duplicate - Mirror

Tombstone - Mirror

Eyeball - Resize By 50%

Layers - Duplicate - Mirror - Resize By 80%

Stars - Resize By 80%

Layers - Duplicate - Mirror

Layers - Arrange - Merge Down

Layers - Duplicate - Flip

Open Paper 8

Layers - Promote Background Layer

Layers - New Mask Layer

Select Mask - Mask 42 MB and SW

Source Luminance checked only

Click Ok

Copy Merged and paste as new layer

Resize By 80%, Layers - arrange - send to bottom

Add Drop Shadow

V&H 2, Op 100, Blur 10 and color #d47142

Layers - Merge Visable

Layers New Raster Layer - Add All Copyright Info

Layers New Raster Layer - Add Watermark

Select Your Text Tool

Select Your Font I have used Starstuck - Size 72 - Stroke 1.5

Click Foreground and change to #4c0b47

Click Background and Change to #e17b34

Convert Raster To Layer

Effects - Plug In: Eyecandy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Basic Tab:

Glow Width: 3

Soft Corners: 25

Overall Opacity: 100

Draw only Outside Selection Checked

Color Tab:

Color: #6f256b

Op:100

Click Ok
