A Working knowledge Of PSP

Lets Begin With My Tutorial

Open PSP and your Tube

Open a New 600 x 600 Resolution 200

Open and Copy Halloween Wreath

On working image, Selections - Select All, Edit - Paste Into Selection

Selections - Selection None

Resize By 98%

Add the following Drop Shadow:-

V&H 2, Op 80, Blur 5 and Color Black

Copy and Paste ur tube as a new layer

Resize by 35% and Repeat Above Drop Shadow

Open and Copy The Following Elements

and Add The Drop Shadow You Used Earlier

Trick Or Treat Word Art - Resize 40%

Candle Web - Resize 50%

Brrom - Resize By 30%

Pumpkin With Cats - Resize By 30%

Harvest Pumpkin - Resize By 30%

Pumpkins With Screws - Resize By 15%

One Eyed Pumpkin - Resize By 40%

Pumpkin With Wings - Resize By 10% - Free Rotate Right By 22%

Pumpkin Candy Basket - Resize By 10%

Halloween Lollipop - Mirror - Resize By 50%

Halloween Cupcake - Mirror - Resize By 15%

Sparkles 2 - Mirror and then Flip and Free Roate Right By 22%

Sparkles 1 - Free Rotate Left By 22% and Resize By 80%

Open Paper 4

Layers - Promote Background Layer To Raster - New Mask Layer From Image

Select Mask47 MB And SW - Make sure Source Luminance is checked only

Repeat Drop Shadow

Layers - Merge Visable

Layers New Raster Layer - Add All Copyright Info and Credits

Layers New Raster Layer - Add Watermark

Activate Text Tool

Select Font Of Choice I have used Segoe Script, Size 36 Stroke 2 and Bold

Foreground Color - #000000

Background Color - #00fc01

Type Your Name

Place on Tag where Desired

Convert Layer to Raster and Add Drop Shadow V&H 2, Op 80, Blur 5 and Color Black

Click Ok.

Save as Png and Name Your Tag

All Done!!!
